At Door Church Hillingdon, we believe that every person needs a place to belong, grow, and serve. Our ministries exist to meet people where they are, whatever their age, background or season of life.
Community is at the heart of who we are. Connect Groups are our small gatherings of people who meet regularly to study the Word, pray together and do life together. Whether you're new to faith or have walked with God for years, there is a Connect Group for you. These groups are often where deeper relationships are built and where the church comes alive beyond the Sunday.
Taking a first step with Jesus is just the beginning. Our New Believers Class, also known as Starting with Christ, is a short course for those who are new to the Christian faith. It covers the foundational truths of the Gospel, prayer, the Bible, baptism, and how to grow in your relationship with God. No question is too basic and no one is too new.
Baptism is a public declaration of faith in Jesus and a powerful next step in your walk with God. If you have recently given your life to Christ or want to take this step, we would love to guide you.
Men on Mission equips men to grow in faith, lead with conviction, and serve with purpose at home, in church, and in the community.
Sisters Circle is a space for women to be strengthened in faith, encouraged in fellowship, and built up through prayer, testimony, and the Word.
We believe the next generation deserves the very best. Our Children's Church is a safe, vibrant and faith-filled environment where children encounter Jesus in a way that is relevant and exciting to them. Running during our main Sunday services, children are taught Scripture, worship and prayer in a setting designed just for them.
The Bible is the most important book you will ever read, and we want to help you read it with confidence. Bible Basics is our foundation class for anyone who wants to grow in their understanding of Scripture, whether you have never opened a Bible before or simply want to go deeper.
The class is built around one simple, transformative habit: one chapter a day. We guide you through how to approach each chapter, what to look for, how to understand context, and how to apply what you read to everyday life.
At the end of every service, we review the chapter together as a community. This means that even a few minutes of daily reading becomes a shared journey, one that connects you to the Word and to one another. The Bible is not just an ancient text; it is the living voice of God, and Bible Basics exists to help every person at Door Church Hillingdon hear it clearly.
The church was never meant to stay within four walls. Our Outreach and Evangelism ministry takes the love of Jesus into the streets of the Hillingdon borough. We run regular outreach events, street evangelism and community initiatives designed to meet practical needs and open doors for the Gospel.
We believe that every believer is called to be a witness, and our outreach teams exist to equip and mobilise the whole church to share their faith with confidence and compassion.
Young people shape the future, and we are passionate about reaching them with the Gospel. Our University, College, and Schools Ministry connects with students across Hillingdon and the surrounding area, on campuses, in classrooms, and in student communities. We run events, discipleship programmes, and faith conversations designed for this generation, meeting them with relevance and truth.
We are committed to being a church that serves its borough. Our Community ministry works with local residents, families, and organisations to address real needs, from food provision to support for vulnerable individuals. We believe the church is God's answer to the community's deepest questions, and we are committed to being present, generous, and consistent in how we serve.
Iron sharpens iron. Our Mentorship programme connects people at different stages of life and faith to walk together intentionally. Whether you are looking for someone to pour into you, or you feel called to invest in someone else, mentorship is one of the most powerful tools for spiritual growth and personal development that we offer as a church.
We offer counselling, both general counselling and marriage counselling, based on the Bible and grounded in prayer.
We believe that as long as both parties put Christ at the centre of their marriage, it can work despite the many differences you will undoubtedly face. Our marriage counselling is built on this principle: if a couple agrees together to follow and submit to Jesus, their marriage can work.
We have seen many lives and marriages turned around by holding to this truth through prayer, honest communication, and a shared commitment to Christ. "Can two walk together, except they be agreed?" - Amos 3
